The Wind OneDrive program is dedicated to "Rotation for Life" program for WIND industry ,with the objective to minimize uncertainty on capital repair budgeting and improve failure forecasting of Wind turbines farms, combining SKF's technologies, experiences & knowledge through new business models customized for the WIND market requirements.

In 2017, I founded the first "corporate fablab", La S'Faire'​ in the SKF Group. This” is a place of emergence where innovation and creativity is at the heart of the process to boost ideas and projects. The state of mind is to build and innovate from the diversity, based on learning from peers. Team members promotes the "Do It Yourself” and encourage the intrapreneurship. It is based on “open innovation”, collaborative practices & community sharing know-how based on new technologies. “Dare” and “Accelerate” is the DNA of “La S’Faire”, where we give the opportunity to anyone to be a purposeful action taker. Today, more than 150 active members.

The Centre of Excellence is an international team with the objective to support actively SKF Service strategy worlwide and also to speed up a comprehensive & global footprint of SKF services.
Key activities to achieve this objective are to document service knowledge and execution through service standards, support local delivery units to implement new service centers (from Business case to certification program), drive strategic crossfuntional projects in a global interest.
Achievements: In 2013, 27 new service centers projects worlwide
